FAQ's

  • How can I make an appointment? Please click book now on our Facebook page or book directly from our site.

  • Can I make a sooner appointment? Yes just inbox us or email us we my can fit you in somewhere or someone my have canceled.

  • Do you have any other properties available? What's posted is what we have available.

  • Do you allow pets? No pets allowed at this time no exceptions.

  • Do you take Section 8? We do not take section 8 at this time.

  • Do you take government programs? We take select government programs please inbox or email us before viewing property to make sure we accept your individual program.

  • Is security deposit required? Security deposit is required for all properties no exceptions. Also most properties will now require first month and last month rent. Last month will be split into payments 3, 6, or 9 months depending on the tenants choice. 

  • Are utilities included? Utilities included will always be in the description of the listed property.

  • Can I bring money to viewing? No money will be accepted at the viewing.

  • How long will it take for my application to be processed? Please allow at least 5 business days for your application to be processed. Please make sure you're filling out information correctly especially phone numbers and emails.

  • Is a credit check required? No credit check is required. 

  • Can I have an eviction? No evictions within a year. 

  • How will I know I'm approval for the property? You will receive an approval letter in your email.
